No, There Are No Additional Charges For Placing A Cash On Delivery (COD) Order.

Our Mattress And Accessories Are Shipped Pan India, But The Same Service Has Not Been Expanded To Other Categories As Of Now.

This Feature Is Not Possible For The Mattress And Accessory Categories. However, For The Furniture Category Like Sofa, Bed And Wardrobe, We Shall Call To You Check Your Availability Before Delivering The Items.

Yes, For Mattress Category You Can Get The Items Modified In Accordance With Policy Timeline.
Please Note, You May Need To Pay Additional Charges If The Modified Item Is More Than The Original Price. In Case It Is Less, You Will Be Getting The Refund.

  • What Is The Mode Of Payment For Refunds?

Refund Value Is Credited To The Source Account In Case Of Online Payment. In Case Of Cash On Delivery, A Link Is Sent To Users Registered Mobile Number To Collect Bank Account Details Or UPI Id In Which The Refunds Are Processed. The Same Functionality For Cash On Delivery Can Also Be Availed By The Customer In My Accounts On SSP Dashboard (Self Service Portal).

  • Can I Get Refund In Cash For COD Orders In Case Of Return?

No, This Is Not Possible.

Usually, The Refund Is Initiated Once The Pick Up Is Done And Usually Processed In 5 To 7 Business Days.
