– The original proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

4. Return Shipping
– The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
– We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the mattress is returned to us safely. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

9. Damaged or Defective Items
